General Terms
Accepting these terms
These General Terms make up the agreement between you and Lloydminster Casino. By opening an account, making a deposit or placing a stake, you accept them, along with our Bonus Terms, Personal Data Policy and About Cookies page.
Should you disagree with any part of these terms, do not register or play. If a translated version conflicts with the English text, the English text prevails.
Playing our games
Each game shows its rules, paytable and return information, which you can open from the Lobby. Read them before playing. A stake is settled according to the rules shown at the moment you place it.
Slots and other digital games in the Lobby produce results through a random number generator (RNG). Game outcomes are tested for fairness by eCOGRA / GLI, and no player or staff member can influence a result.
Every Live Casino game is presented by real dealers working from a studio, with the stream sent live to your screen. Results recorded by the studio system are final. If your connection is lost, the round continues at the studio and is settled according to the table rules.
A malfunction in a game, its software or the hardware voids every round and payout it touches. Stakes that our records show were placed while the fault lasted are returned to your balance.
Claiming bonuses
Welcome packages, Promotions and credits from Lloydminster Rewards follow our separate Bonus Terms. That page covers opting in, wagering, deadlines and stake limits. Where the Bonus Terms and these General Terms differ on a bonus question, the Bonus Terms apply.
Checking your eligibility
Membership is open to Canadian residents aged 19 or over, on the condition that you are located inside Canada whenever you play. You may sign up only if the laws where you are allow it. Every account has to comply with Canadian law on minimum age, proof of identity and anti-money-laundering controls.
Accounts opened by anyone who does not meet these conditions are closed. Our Age Verification page explains how we confirm a player's age.
Raising a complaint
Email your complaint to help@lloydminstercasino.app. Tell us when the event happened, giving the date and time, along with your username, which game or transaction is involved and the result you are looking for. Screenshots let us examine the matter more quickly.
Every complaint is examined by a member of our support team, who emails you our decision and explains why it was made. If more information is needed, we tell you exactly what to send.
Understanding our liability
The casino is provided as it stands at any given moment, and uninterrupted access cannot be promised. Losses caused by internet outages, faults in your own device, events beyond our reasonable control, or play by anyone using login details you have shared are not our responsibility.
Our combined liability for one claim is limited to the stakes you placed on the play concerned. These limits fall away wherever Canadian law prohibits excluding or limiting liability.
Respecting the rules of play
To keep play fair for every member, the following is not permitted:
- using bots, scripts or similar programs that place plays on your behalf or predict outcomes;
- working together with other players for an advantage, including sharing information at Live Casino tables;
- exploiting a known software error instead of telling us about it;
- using stolen payment methods, funds from crime or another person's identity;
- opening extra accounts or playing through another player's account;
- abusive language towards our support team or dealers.
Where we detect any of these practices, we can suspend or close the account, void the stakes and winnings involved, and refer the matter to the relevant authorities. Our Anti-Money Laundering Policy explains how suspicious funds are handled.
Moving money in and out
Your balance is held in Canadian dollars (CAD), and all deposits and withdrawals are made in CAD.
Deposits start at C$10 and can be made with:
- Interac e-Transfer
- Visa
- Mastercard
- PayPal
- Online Banking / Trustly
- iDebit
- Instadebit
- Paysafecard
- Prepaid / gift card
Every withdrawal request has a C$10 minimum, and the total you take out in any single month is limited to C$10 000. Payouts are sent through Interac e-Transfer, PayPal, iDebit or Instadebit. Once a withdrawal is approved, most of these methods deliver the money in between an hour and four hours, while a bank wire takes no longer than 12 hours to complete.
Lloydminster Casino charges nothing for depositing or withdrawing. Your card issuer or bank could levy separate charges, which we do not control. Payment methods connected to your account must be registered to you personally, and before releasing a withdrawal we may ask for proof that you own them.
Using our content
We, or the partners who provide them, own the Lloydminster Casino name and logo along with the design, graphics and text of the site. Each game belongs to its supplier. The site is offered for personal play only.
Copying, reproducing, framing or reverse engineering the site, its content or its games without our written permission is not allowed.
Opening an account
One account per person is allowed. If we identify duplicate accounts, we close them and remove any bonuses or winnings tied to them.
The information you supply at registration must be accurate, and whenever something changes, please update your account promptly. Register under your full legal name, matching the one on a government-issued identity document. We also ask for the day you were born, your home address and an active email account that you check often. Choose a password others could not easily figure out, and never reveal it to anyone. Should you suspect unauthorized use of your account, email us immediately.
Your identity and location are confirmed before any first deposit is accepted, and further documents may be requested later, such as ahead of a withdrawal. Our Staying in Control page sets out the account tools: deposit, wager and stake limits, reality checks, self-exclusion and cooling-off breaks.
Updating these terms
These General Terms are revised whenever our services, games or the applicable law change. A revised version applies once it is published on this page, with the date of the change displayed next to it. If a change has a significant effect on you, we will notify you, either in an email or via an on-screen notice at your next login. Placing a bet once an update is in force means you agree to the updated version.
Applying the law
The laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada govern this agreement. Should a dispute stay unresolved once our complaints process is complete, it may be brought before the courts with jurisdiction in Alberta.
